Hachiko: A Dog's Story
18.3.10 5:25 PM
OH AM GEE. ANOTHER A VERY MUST WATCH MOVIE.

Few minutes ago, I just finished watching this movie. Okay, actually I've bought the DVD three weeks ago, but only had time to watch it now. Because usually I got back from school in the afternoon, there was no time to watch it.

And what my reaction after watching this movie?

FUCKIN' AWESOME. IT CONTAINS A VERY-SAD-STORY-AND-I'LL-BET-YOU-MUST-BE-CRYING (AT LEAST THAT HAPPENED TO ME. OKEY, SEVERAL TIMES).

Oh god, whatever, this movie is very touching. Moreover, the actor who played as the professor was Richard Gere. And you know what, he is my mother's favorite actor. Okey, not important, apologizing.

This is the trailer .....

Starting from the scene where the professor died until the story ends, I can't stop to shedding tears.. Do you think I'm exaggerated? Okay, maybe yes. BUT YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT BEFORE. This is real. I'm really sobbing uncontrollably. Lol. At that moment, I just thought, what if it happen to me. What if my mom and dad wouldn't show their face from the door? What if they are..... not coming home? Gosh.

This film is based on a true story. It happened in Japan. A true story of faith, devotion and undying love. This very special friend would accompany his master to the train station every day and return each afternoon to greet him after work. Sadly his master departs one day, passes away and never returns to the station. Hachiko faithfully returns to the same spot at the station the very next day, and every day for the NEXT NINE YEARS to wait for his beloved master.

I mean, OH COME ON! NINE YEARS???! NINE YEARS YOU SPENT WAITING FOR SOMEONE?? IN THE SAME PLACE?? WAITING UNTIL YOUR DYING DAYS?! UNTIL YOU..... DIE?! Whatta..

This is the original photo of Hachiko.

Hachikō (ハチ公) (10 November 1923-8 March 1935) is a male dog of birth Ōdate Akita Inu, Akita Prefecture. He continued to be remembered as a symbol of loyalty. In Japan, in Shibuya, there's a statue of Hachiko made from bronze. The statue was made in the same place as he always used to wait for his master.

Thank you for creating this historical story for world. Thank you for showing something remarkable and beyond common sense. Thank you for giving a very valuable lesson for me.

Catch ya later :) Oh, and, sorry for capslock.
